Return & Replacement Policy
All products are covered under our 15 day easy return policy. If you’re not happy with the size of any product purchased, or change your mind regarding the colour you picked, we’ll be happy to exchange it for you. If you don’t like our product, we’ll refund the same. If the product is tried or the tag is removed, they are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Return and Replacement Process
To return an item, please email customer service at support@sontamonta.com with a clear 30 second video that shows the product’s original packaging along with your Order ID. Your order will be picked up within 3 working days, and we’ll work on sending you a replacement within 5 working days upon receipt of the product by our team.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 15 days for the refund to be processed. If you don’t receive your refund within this time, please contact your bank.
Cancellations
Orders can’t be cancelled once they are shipped, you can cancel the order before it is shipped. If you would like to cancel an order please email customer service at support@sontamonta.com
Shipping
We will ship your order within 12 hours and you will get a tracking link over Email and SMS.
